JOB TITLE: Marketing Administration Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Commercial UK and ROI
REPORTING TO: Marketing Manager UK & ROI
LOCATION: UK Head Office, Chippenham
Purpose:
To provide administrative and reporting support to the UK and ROI Commercial Team.
The key responsibilities of the Marketing Administration Assistant are:
- Providing administrative support to the wider UK & ROI Commercial Team to maintain and provide training in key business processes as and when required including but not limited to X-Docs management, X-Train record management, D365 and PowerApps Processes and data management
- Developing an understanding of key brands to support marketing materials development and approvals, liaising with brand leads and external agency partners
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases including external directories.
- Marketing administration support for Brand Managers, supporting in key business processes
- The management of conference bookings across brands, including processing of payments and personnel management
- Administration support for the Regional Account Manager team and the Head of Field Sales including meetings management and liaison with other Alliance enabling functions
- Data and reporting management and slide deck development for UK & ROI Commercial team as and when required
- Arranging team/group travel and events, including hotel/venue bookings and travel where required
- Identifying and implementing new ways of working to create efficiencies in business processes
- Maintaining and supporting the Alliance Quality Systems to ensure compliance
