We are now recruiting for a new Warehouse Operations Lead to join our alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors.
As our new Warehouse Operations Lead you will coordinate, supervise and manage operations for assigned European Warehouses supporting sales growth by ensuring the best possible customer service from our nominated warehouses. You will have French as an additional language, business level as a minimum both written and spoken to work closely with our French warehouses. Your background will be in warehousing and logistics with a working knowledge of incoterms.
Your role as Warehouse Operations Lead will involve ensuring warehouses follow a standard and agreed way of working across their operations. You will work with your colleagues to set-up these processes for all European warehouses), having the responsibility of implementing these processes with warehouse partners, holding them accountable to for their execution and driving the operational process & cost efficiencies externally with designated logistics providers.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the warehouses operate withing agreed costs, analysing and reporting when these costs fall outside agreed boundaries. You will manage the receipt of their invoices and ensure their accuracy and timely payment.
As Warehouse Operations Lead you will understand when to escalate issues and have excellent problem solving skills and root cause analysis. You will have the ability to find mitigating solutions to future proof existing problems and have a demonstrable background of setting and reporting KPIs.
